Promote Your Brand at The Forum 11
- Print Ads. In the onsite program guide, exhibitors can purchase a half-page ad for $500, a full-page ad for $1,000 and a section tab page ad for $2,500.
- Tote Bag Insert—$1,000. Include a small promotional item in the conference tote bags. All early bird exhibitors receive a complimentary insert.
- Exhibit Hall Aisle Sign—$2,500. Your logo will appear on both sides of the exhibit hall aisle sign in your booth row.
- Monthly Industry Update e-newsletter—$10,000. The monthly Care Continuum Alliance Industry Update delivers key intelligence on wellness, prevention and health management. Launched Jan. 31, 2011, more than 1,000 people opened the first issue, generating a 17.8 percent unique user open rate and 34.4 percent click-through rate. This six-month sponsorship, from September 2011 to February 2012, includes a six-month banner space advertisement, premium placement of up to two (2) news releases and a one-time link to a corporate promotional video.
- Charging Station Hubs—$10,000 each. By sponsoring one of three Charging Station Hubs, you allow attendees to network and relax while charging their electronic devices. One station is in the Exhibit Hall and the other two are in the meeting space foyers.
- Welcome Gift—$20,000. Leave a lasting impression with a personalized welcome gift handed out to The Forum 11 attendees as they register for the annual meeting.
- Program Guide—$25,000. Sponsoring the program guide ensures you will reach every Forum registrant. Sponsorship includes a four-color, full--page advertisement on the back cover and either a brochure insert or paper band wrap bearing your company’s logo and non-commercial message.
- Hotel Key Cards—$25,000. A key opportunity to your marketing success! Room key cards travel with attendees throughout their three days at the conference and provide great visibility to advertise your company, product and booth location.
- Social Media Café—$30,000. The Forum 11 Social Media Café will be near registration. Reach hundreds of Forum attendees as they download conference presentations, check e-mail and access other Internet content.
