The Forum 11, Sept. 7 to 9, will take place at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square, a contemporary urban retreat. Hotel rooms can be reserved at a special conference rate of $229 plus tax for single- and double-occupancy. Each additional room occupant is only $20. The cut-off date to receive this special rate is Wednesday, Aug. 17, 2011.

The special rate room block at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square is available only to registered attendees. Upon registration, attendees will receive a password to access the online hotel registration system in their registration confirmation letters. Hotel reservations require a first night's guarantee, refundable up to 72 hours in advance of the scheduled arrival. Checks and major credit cards are acceptable to establish prepayment. All credit cards used to prepay will be charged immediately. Check-in time is 3 p.m. and check-out time is 12 p.m.
