Exhibitor Resources

We appreciate the support of our exhibitors for The Forum 11. In return, we offer our commitment to making your experience productive and hassle-free. KEY DATES

As the conference approaches and you finalize your exhibit plans, please don't forget to:

  • Review the advertising and marketing opportunities designed to enhance your company's presence and drive traffic to your booth.
    This is an excellent way to gain additional exposure with attendees during the conference.
  • Send the Care Continuum Alliance your company description.
    Please submit your 50-word company description and website URL to the Care Continuum Alliance for use in conference materials by July 8, 2011. Descriptions NOT received by July 8, will be composed by the Care Continuum Alliance based on the best available exhibitor resources and not subject to exhibitor approval. Please send the description to Cindy DeClark at cdeclark@carecontinuum.org.
  • Provide a sample of tote bag insert for approval.
    Exhibitors who reserved and paid for their booth by the early bird deadline of May 6 are eligible to include one promotional item with a company logo (supplied at their expense) in the conference tote bags. The deadline to submit promotional items for approval is July 15, 2011. Forward your sample to Cindy DeClark at cdeclark@carcontinuum.org or 701 Pennsylvania Ave. N.W., Suite 700, Washington, DC 20004-2694.
  • Register your booth staff.
    Exhibitors and sponsors enjoy complimentary registrations. Visit our registration website now. Simply use the discount code that was provided to your primary exhibit or sponsor contact. This special code is required to access the Care Continuum Alliance room block.
  • Sign up for a booth package.
    Because we value your investment, the Care Continuum Alliance offers exhibitors the choice of two complimentary exhibitor booth packages. Be sure to sign up for your complimentary booth package through GES by Aug. 16, 2011.
    • Package 1: ID sign
    • Package 2: ID sign, 6' draped table, 2 padded chairs and wastebasket

2011 DEADLINES

Aug. 16 Booth package sign-up deadline. Please complete the A-2: Booth Package Order Form found in the Exhibitor Services Manual.

GES discount deadline for orders received with payment.

GES mandatory forms are due:
  1. G-2: Payment & Credit Card Charge Authorization
  2. G-3: 3rd Party Billing Request
  3. A-2: Booth Package Order Form
Aug. 17 Cut-off date for special room rate at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square
Aug. 24 Approved tote bag inserts due in San Francisco.
Sept. 2 Online registration ends.
Aug. 31 Last day advance shipments to arrive at GES warehouse without surcharges.
Sept. 7 Onsite registration begins.
Sept. 19 Single, post-conference attendee list will be distributed to exhibitors.
