PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Full payment of exhibit and advertising fees must accompany the exhibit space application. Payment may be made by check or money order, made payable to Care Continuum Alliance, wire transfer, or by credit card—MasterCard, VISA or American Express ONLY. The applying company must be in good financial standing with Care Continuum Alliance at time of payment.
CANCELLATION OR WITHDRAWAL POLICY
Booth space canceled before April 1, 2011, will be refunded, less a $150 service charge. Booth space canceled after April 1, 2011, but before June 3, 2011, will receive a 50 percent refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or withdrawals made after June 3, 2011. No verbal notifications will be accepted.
BOOTH SPACE & CONSTRUCTION
All booths are standard 8' x 10' units or multiples thereof, unless otherwise indicated. The maximum height for exhibit booths is 8 feet, except for quadruple booths. Exhibits cannot include or overflow into an aisle or adjoining booth. The exhibit hall is already carpeted.
ASSIGNMENT CRITERIA
Opportunities are only available on a first-come, first-served basis to 2011 exhibitors. The receipt of the signed exhibit contract and payment for both the booth space and any advertising opportunities will establish the assignment date. In cases where applications are received simultaneously, preference will be given to Care Continuum Alliance members. The Care Continuum Alliance reserves the right to review any application for appropriateness for its intended audience and support of its mission.
ADDITIONAL BOOTH SPACE
Only Chairman and Presidential Sponsors may select triple and quadruple booths. Companies reserving sponsor booths will have 45 days from the Care Continuum Alliance's receipt of the exhibit space application to sign a Sponsor contract. If an appropriate Sponsor contract is not signed within 45 days, the exhibiting company will forfeit their sponsor booth space and must select from available booth space in the hall.
HOTEL BLOCK
The room rate for single- and double-occupancy is $229, plus appropriate state and local taxes (currently 15.58 percent). Only registered attendees will be able to make reservations at the Hilton San Francisco in the Care Continuum Alliance room block. Upon registration, attendees will receive a password to access the online hotel registration system in their registration confirmation letters.
